Returns & Exchanges:

You have 14 days to return your order. We make the returns process as easy as possible.

1. Register your return

Returns are simple: Register your return through our Returns portal and you’ll immediately receive a DPD-QR-Code. You can show the QR-code at your nearest DPD drop-off location, and they will glue the return label directly onto your package. 

Please note: If you choose a refund, €4.90 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return label.

Returns are free if you choose an exchange or store credit.

2. Pack and send your return

Package the product safely and take the parcel to your nearest DPD-drop-off location.

3. Receive your refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue your refund. This can usually take up to 10 business days.

You can exchange your item for another available size or color at any time. Simply initiate your return through our Returns portal.
