Where were you born and what influenced you the most there?

I was born in Schwabmünchen, near Augsburg. What influenced me most was the family solidarity and my rather exciting youth.

Where do you currently live and what brought you there?

After a pretty hot and crazy time in Munich, I was drawn back to Schwabmünchen. Girlfriend, family and also relatively good rental prices;)

What is your great passion and what drives you?

For me there is nothing more chilling than going skating with a few friends. The exaggerated ambition of wanting to complete a trick, even if you have already completely destroyed yourself, is what drives me. I quote one of the hottest Munich skaters Andi Kögler: “Skateboarding is war”. Of course you lose every now and then, but when you win it's a feeling that pretty much outshines you. ;)

What do you like to do with your free time when you're not pursuing your passion?

I draw and tattoo on the side and of course I also spend a lot of time with my girlfriend.

How long have you been skating and what inspired you to do it?

I started around the age of 12-13. I got Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 for Christmas and there were these little clips as a reward for unlocking a new character. So real skate clips. For example from Eric Koston and Co. They really impressed me back then and I then bought a board. From that point on it was only about one thing...

What is your favorite trick/favorite motif and why?

I don't have a favorite trick, but any kind of kickflips and Nollie K's are definitely up for grabs.

What is your favorite spot and what makes it special?

Good ground, round rail, a few marble curbs, the right homies and I'm happy.
